These are activities or habits that can improve your mental and physical well-being. This can be a list of ideas based on what you want your future self to do or be based on career, fitness, finances, family, etc. It’s something you want to work towards to live a more fulfilled life.

This is a self-reflection exercise to evaluate your life, identify areas for improvement, and create a plan to achieve your goals. It helps you understand what you value in life and assess how your current lifestyle affects your future self. This will allow you to find happiness and not restrict in those areas!

When you recognize that you have been losing and gaining the same weight
Restricting what you eat
Doing random workouts here and there
Frustrated with how you look and feel
Struggling to plan and manage a budget for everyday expenses

There are many more and everyone can benefit from a support system because every person is different. The cost of hiring a coach is actually saving you 100s of dollars in time and energy and other funds wasted later.

It’s important to make your goals specific by setting a deadline and use concrete language, so that you are more likely to actually complete it. When you say “I want to eat healthy”, “I want to understand money”, “I want to meet more people”, etc., it’s too broad, there’s no action attached to it. Therefore, you’re not likely to do it, so creating action to be able to fulfill that goal is extremely important.
Example:
Goal: I want to save $1,000 in the next 3 months
Action: I will set up automatic withdrawals from my checking account to my savings for $83 every week.

Because EVERY PERSON is different. We all need our own special support system because what works for me is different than what works for sally down the street. Your career, nutrition, fitness, and finance goals are unique to you, so you need someone to help you figure out what works for you specifically, so the free/cheap random online guides and templates probably won’t work long term.

Because there’s so much information and no one wants to waste time or money, so we try to consume all the content that we think will give the best results, but in reality, it’s just a bunch of noise. Nothing will work unless it’s specific for you. You need to take the time and energy to understand your goals and plan accordingly. Once you can understand where you’re at in life and what your lifestyle goals are, you can manage your needs.
